对我国羽毛球职业社会体育指导员培训课程体系的初步研究

20 世纪 80 年代以来,随着我国经济的迅速发展,全民健身计划的开展,大
众选择羽毛球运动健身的人群迅速扩大,对社会体育指导员培训的需求越来越
高,然而我国社会体育指导员只有等级之分没有项目之分,其技术技能水平不能
满足广大群众的培训需求。这就为羽毛球职业社会体育指导员的发展提供了前所
未有的契机。目前我国羽毛球职业社会体育指导员有关的培训工作正处于一个摸
索的阶段,还没有形成一套规范、完整的体系。本文正是结合羽毛球项目的特点,
通过对羽毛球职业社会体育指导员培训课程体系的初步研究,理论联系实际。通
过查阅 346 篇文献资料,访谈 5 为社会体育指导员方面专家,发放 300 份调查问
卷和 5 份专家调查问卷,获得了一些资料数据和合理建议,通过分析得出以下结
论:

集中培训所占时数的比例随着级别的增加在递减,相反地,自学在整个培训工作
中所占的比例在增加。
德和职业法律法规的培训。我国羽毛球职业社会体育指导员需要在运动解剖学、
运动生理学、运动生物力学、运动医学基础知识、体制测量与评价基础知识、运
动心理学基础知识、管理基础知识方面提高。我国羽毛球职业社会体育指导员随
着级别的增加,羽毛球专项理论知识更加全面,羽毛球专项技能也在提高。

步法技术正确性、身体协调性、动作熟练性、击球效果五个内容来进行评价。综
合能力考核随着等级越高,羽毛球职业社会体育指导员要求对培训课堂的把控能
力越强,与学员的交流、课堂感染力和情绪调动能力越强。口试答辩需要从思路
清晰、基本概念正确、讲解简明清楚、能够理论联系实践、能正确示范这几方面
对羽毛球职业社会体育指导员进行考核。

Abstract
Since the 20th century, 80 years, as China's rapid economic development, national
health plan to carry out, the public health of the people choose badminton rapid
expansion of the social sports instructor training needs of growing, but our only grade
social sports instructor no sub-sub-projects, their technical skill level does not meet
the training needs of the masses. This badminton professional development of social
sports instructors provided an unprecedented opportunity. At present, China
badminton career-related training of social work sports instructor is in a groping stage,
