中文摘要

近几年,我国社会出现了一个新生群体——大学生村官,这是在建设社会主
义新农村的发展形势和机遇下,经过一定招录程序,遴选出的具有大学专科以上
学历,担任村党支部书记助理、村主任助理或其他“两委”职务的特殊青年人才群体。
他们在社会主义新农村建设中,具有自身独特优势,发挥着不可替代的作用,但
同时也面临许多实际问题。其中,组织对大学生“村官”如何进行科学定位;大学生
“村官”自身如何找准自己的位置,发挥好自己的作用等几个问题亟需得到回答和解
决。现在大学生“村官”已引起社会各界的广泛关注。本文拟运用角色定位理论,
从国家、政府、村民对大学生“村官”的期望以及大学生“村官”自身能力的角
度出发,探讨大学生“村官”的角色定位,以期为大学生“村官”计划提出的可
资借鉴的建议。

Abstract
In recent years, there appear a new group in our country, - college-graduate
village official, in the construction of socialist new rural development situation and
opportunities, and under certain employing procedure & selected with college degree,
as assistant secretary PC village branch & assistant director of village
mittee or other duties of the "mittees" of specially young
talents group. In the construction of new socialist countryside, they have their own
unique advantages, play an irreplaceable role, otherwise, facing a lot of problems.
Among them, how to scientifically college-graduate village official, the problem how
to find they would play the position, good effect and solve problems must be answered.
Now college-graduate village officials have aroused wide attention from all of the
society. In this paper, using role theory from the country, the government, the
villagers, college-graduate village official expectations and college-graduate village
official oneself ability perspective, discuss the role of college-graduate village
officials, so as to put forward the plan of college-graduate v
