中文摘要

随着新媒体时代的到来,传播主体、客体、技术、内容、形式及信息数量、
速度、传播观念等都发生了革命性变化;平等、自由、互动、开放的传播特点使
几乎所有的社会组织和个人都可以通过新兴媒体获取信息和表达自我。不断发展
的高职院校进入新媒体的环境,既面对许多新问题,也面临许多新机遇。新媒体
对高职院校大学生思想政治教育提出新的要求。只有积极应对新媒体,建构适应
学生全面发展的思想政治教育体系,才能真正实现让每个高职院校学生“过上有
尊严的生活”的目标,最大程度地促进社会公平、实现社会和谐,完成党的十七
大提出的“人力资源强国”的伟大战略。
本文从高职院校大学生思想政治教育与新媒体的关系、影响及观念、通路和
模式创新等角度,探讨新媒体环境下高职院校大学生思想政治教育的创新机制形
成的必要条件与设想模式。具体包括高职院校大学生对新媒体的接受与影响、新
媒体给高职院校大学生思想政治教育带来的机遇与挑战、新媒体环境下高职院校
大学生思想政治教育的策略几方面,为新媒体环境下更好地开展高职院校大学生
思想政治教育提供理论支持与方法借鉴。

Abstract
With the development of the new media era, there is revolutionary change on the
subject, object, technology, content, form and the number, speed, views of the
information; the features of the equality, liberty, interaction, openness make it possible
for everyone to express himself through the new media.
In the environment of new media, the developing higher vocational colleges meet
new problems and chances. The new media provides new and urgent requirements for
ideological and political education of higher vocational colleges. The making true of
targets of every student of higher vocational colleges living dignified relies on the
formation of the system of the Ideological and political education adapting to students’
All-round development, which promotes the Social harmony and plishes great
strategies of being a strong nation with enough Human resource.
