新时期普通高中共青团工作现状和发展前景中文提要

中文提要

新时期的学校教育与管理工作受到了多种文化思潮、多种价值观念的影响和
冲击。本课题研究一是调查分析普通高中共青团的工作,为新时期中学共青团的
工作创新提供理论支撑;二是探索新时期中学共青团的新的工作内容、载体和手
段,为充分发挥学校团组织的作用寻找新的突破。通过调查和分析中学共青团工
作的现状,为中学教育研究提供一种新的视角,进一步丰富中学教育理论研究。
本课题的研究方法是文献法、问卷法和访谈法,核心内容在于探索新形势下
高中共青团工作的创新。首先是找出高中共青团所存在的问题和所面临的挑战和
机遇。再提出切实可行、贴近当代高中生、符合共青团特点的工作策略,进行创
新和探索,力求为高中共青团组织在新形势下学校建设与发展过程中做出贡献、
为高中共青团组织获得自身良好发展、为共同做好学生教育工作尽绵薄之力。

Abstract

The school education and the management during the new period are affected and
shocked by various cultural thoughts and values. This research project focuses on the
work of munist Youth League. On the one hand, the investigation and analysis
based on the work of the CYL provide the theoretical support for its innovational work
during the new period; on the other hand, the new tasks, the carrier and the methods
of the CYL in this period are explored to bring anizational function of the CYL
into play and make a new breakthrough. According to the investigation and analysis of
the current situation, there will be a new perspective upon secondary school education
research, which can further enrich theoretical research on high school education.
The researching methods in the paper include documents and materials ,
