摘要
本文通过对汉英亲属称谓体系的详细描述,系统的对其内部的结构进行对比
和分析,对二者之间的差异作出客观的描写,并通过不同英文版本《红楼梦》中
亲属称谓的不同翻译,比较中西方文化的差异。
本文围绕汉英亲属称谓的各自体系展开讨论,主要内容包括以下几个部分:
导言部分介绍了本论题研究的缘由及意义、述评、内容、主旨与价值。第一章描
述了汉英亲属称谓各自系统的简况。第二章对不同英文版本《红楼梦》亲属称谓
的翻译进行对比。第三章对汉英亲属称谓进行系统的对比并解释产生差异的主要
原因。文章始终围绕着亲属称谓这一主题,从不同的角度和视野,对不同文化背
景后的亲属称谓进行描述和解析,力图使读者较为清晰的了解汉英亲属称谓的整
体情况,以及不同英文版本《红楼梦》亲属称谓的翻译情况。

Abstract
This thesis through the describtion on Chinese and English kinship terms system
to parision and analyses of their internal record the
differences among both of them and do objective description. Through different
English version of different translation about Kinship Terms of "The Story of the
Stone" Kinship Terms, we can see the great differences between Western and
oriental culture.
This paper focuses on discussion of Chinese and English kinship terms systems
respective , the main contents include the following sections: the introduction gives
brief description about the research reason and meaning, previous academic
achievements, key points, mainideal and value of the here of topic. The first chapter
respectively describes a concise picture of Chinese and English kinship terms system.
Then, the second chapter make parision on different English version of different
translation about Kinship Terms of "The Story of the Stone" Kinship Terms”. Finally,
the third chapter make a contrast between Chinese kinship terms and English kinship
terms, and try to explain the main reasons to cause these differences .In conclusion,
paper always keeps eyes on kinship terms to do describtions and analyses from the
relavent aspects on such issue: through different points of view to give reader a much
fame about Chinese and English kinship terms, as well as different English version of
different translation about Kinship Terms
