环顾我国流动人口的变化。全国范围上看随着改革开放和城市化进程的加快,
我国流动人口规模不断增大。作为江苏省的省会城市南京,随着跨江发展和江北
新城市的建设战略方针的实施,大量的流动人口涌入江北地区,他们呈现出家庭
化的形式流入。伴随着国家对流动人口子女的教育新政策的实施,更加速了这些
流动儿童进入公办学校进程。这些流动儿童在公办学校的教育越来越受到人们的
关注。
以南京市浦口区复兴小学为例,流动儿童数量的百分比从 2002 年的 %上
升到 2009 年的 %,人数几乎翻了一倍多。这些特殊的教育群体融入必定给学
校的教育工作附加上一些特定内容。
本研究将通过文献法、访谈法、问卷法等方法以浦口区复兴小学为例,研究
了农村公办学校中流动儿童社会支持的问题。研究从关注城市核心区域公办学校
中的流动儿童走向边缘区域农村公办中的流动儿童。城市公办小学与农村公办小
学从某种程度上是存在差异的,两种群体中的流动儿童也着不同,通过本研究拓
展对流动儿童的研究面。从区域总体状况研究走向学校个案研究,用大量的个案
和访谈来说明农村公办小学中流动儿童社会的支持问题。研究分析了案例学校流
动儿童的社会支持现状、学校支持现状、家庭支持以及个体支持的现状。从年级、
性别差异上分析了社会对这些流动儿童的支持度。从而,在构建政府支持体系、
群体支持体系、个人支持体系以及其他支持体系四个维度上对解决流动公办学校
儿童社会支持问题提出了合理对策。

Abstract
Firstly, let’s look around the change of mobile population in China. Nationwide,
with the reform and opening and the accelerated process of urbanization, the number of
our mobile population is getting larger and larger. Nanjing, as the provincial capital city
of Jiangsu Province, with the implementation of Cross-River development and the new
city construction strategic direction of Jiangbei, has a large number of floating
population influx in Jiangbei district. They present the form of family inflow. The
implementation of China’s new education policy for the migrants’ children also
accelerates these children’s attending to public schools. And these migrant children’s
education in public schools is paid more and more attention
Taking Fuxing primary school, Pukou, Nanjing as an example, the percentage of
migrant children number in 2002 was % while in 2009 it has increased to 63.
