中文摘要

大力加强和改进大学生思想政治教育是当今时代发展的需要,是事关高校能
否培养出中国特色社会主义现代化的建设者和接班人的重大现实课题。目前,大
学生的思想政治教育包括思想政治理论教育和日常思想政治教育。前者是主要渠
道,后者是主要阵地。而高校日常学生管理作为大学生思想政治教育主要阵地之
一,具有极大的教育潜能和力量,是实现思想政治教育实效不可忽视的一个方面,
因为它形式多样,潜移默化,可以结合许多具体的场景和事件开展,教育效果更
直接、更深刻、更有针对性,这也是由高校日常学生管理的涵义和职能决定的。
要在高校日常学生管理中体现思想政治教育的实效,首先就要明确概念,只
有明确了日常学生管理的概念,才能把握工作的本质和研究的范围;其次要明确
标准,通过对大学生思想政治教育的实效性进行系统、全面的理解,把握实效性
的概念和标准,因为只有明确了标准,才能知道努力的方向;再次要立足现实,
通过对当前大学生政治思想状况及影响因素的分析,明确研究课题的现实依据和
研究对象所处的位置;最后是探索出路,要以实现思想政治教育实效为目标,从
可操作的层面探索在日常学生管理中实现思想政治教育实效的有效途径,从而体
现日常学生管理工作的价值。

Research on the Effectiveness of Ideological and Political
Education in Daily Management of University Students

Abstract

To strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of university
students is the need of the development of the era and is also the realistic subject of
whether our universities can cultivate the builders and essors of Socialist
modernization with Chinese characteristics or not. At present, the ideological and
political education of university students includes theory education and daily education.
One is the main channel, and the other is the main position. As one of the main positions,
the daily management of university students in ideological and political education has
great educational potential and strength .It is also an aspect of achieving effectiveness of
ideological and political education and can not be ignored. In many specific scenes, the
daily management of university students has diverse forms and subtle effects of
education which is more directly, deeply and targeted. The advantage is decided by the
meaning and function of daily management of university students.
