First, analyzed the work process of system , drew the load curve and speed curve ofe ach hydraulic cylinder , then, c alculat ed the parameters of the hydraulic cylinder s, and then, s elect ed ponents according to the parameters ,drewa schematic diagram of the system , after that, analyzed and calculat ed the r elated data , designed a set of high-speed spinning machine, hydraulic system , which adopts low pressure big flow pump high-pressure small flow pump with the double pump injection techniques , then, design ed the fuel tank, manifold and pump station . At last, i nspect ed the performance of system , then, plete set of spinning machine hydraulic system .
