文档介绍：从社会经济视角看我国农村的“空心”现状【摘要】空心村是农村经济发展到一定阶段的产物,伴随着城市化和工业化进程加速, 农村向城市输出大量劳动力,导致农村常住人口减少,农村空间结构混乱,土地和房屋闲置的现象,这一现象在全国各地的农村中普遍存在,在中西部欠发达地区,尤为严重。首先,对陕西三原、山西垣曲、重庆奉节、云南红河、河北保定、河南邓州、山东禹城、浙江天台等地各抽取一个空心村做出调查,通过横向对比,纵向对比,从经济方面综合分析出它们之间的共性,并以此来反映我国广大农村的空心状况。其次,我们假定将整个国家经济生产分为农村和城市两个经济部门,建立经济模型开展分析和研究,在此基础之上,结合现代发展的要求,对空心村的治理提出了一些思考性意见。关键词:空心村、劳动力转移、土地流转、农村空间结构重构、经济手段、生产要素失调 Abstract : Hollow Village isa rural economic development toa certain stage of the product , along with the accelerated process of urbanization and industrialization ,a lotof labor from rural to urban output , resulting in reduction of the resident population in rural areas , rural spatial structure of confusion , the phenomenon of idle land and housing , the phenomenon prevalent in rural areas across the country , in the less developed central and western regions , particularly serious. First, from Sanyuan , Shaanxi , hengqu , Shanxi and Fengjie , Chongqing , Honghe , Yunnan , Baoding , Hebei , Dengzhou , Henan , Yucheng , Shandong , tiantai , Zhejiang and other places rooftop each village to make a hollow survey drawn paring the lateral , vertical contrast , in economic prehensive analysis of the similarities between them , and in order to reflect the situation of China's vast rural areas of the hollow . Second, we assume that the whole country is divided into rural and urban economic production of two sectors of the economy , the establishment of economic models to carry out analysis and research ,on this basis , combined with the demands of modern development, and governance of the hollow village made ? ? some ments .
