随着我国地质勘探、工程建设和农田水利等事业的发展,对各种钻探设备提出了更多的要求。钻机作为钻探设备的重要工具之一,在这些工程中起了举足轻重的作用。为了适应当前各种勘探工作和工程建设项目对浅孔钻机的要求,本设计任务在 TXU-150 型钻机的基础之上进行了一些改进,设计出了钻探深度为 200 米的液压钻机。设计中根据钻机使用的环境和场合,运用比较和参照的方法,借鉴同类型钻机的设计参数,通过比较分析,重点对变速箱重新进行设计计算。在此基础之上运用绿色设计的理念,对不影响钻机性能的环节进行了优化。最后,设计出的 200 米钻机理论上满足钻探深度为 200 米的设计要求,同时尽量节省了制造成本和生产时间。

Abstract
With the high development of geology explore, engineering constructions, and farmland irrigation in our country ,various drilling equipments are put forward more one of the most important tools in explore manchines,drill machine having the prominent function in these engineering adapting to various current explore works and engineering constructions,which gives drill manchines more new design mission started on the foundation of TXU-150 drill machine,and than carried on some a result,a new liquid pressure drill manchine which can drill holes as deep as 200 metres was designed. According to the drill environment and situations of the machine usage,this design mission used of parison method, taked design parameter from the same kind type drill more analytical,I redesigned the gear-box of the 200-metre drill machine as my key work. At this foundation on make use of the principle of green design, to not affected the function of the machine,it carry on optimal the end of the work,the designed machine satisfy to drill holes of depth as 200 meters in the same time, it save the manufacturing costs and producing time as could as possible.
