沉管隧道端钢壳施工技术

摘要:水下沉管隧道收到越来越多国家的重视,正逐渐发展成为水下大型隧道工程的首选。沉
管隧道的各个管节间需要利用接头来连接。端钢壳作为半刚半柔接头、柔性接头和半刚性接头必
要组成部分。本文介绍了沉管隧道端钢壳的施工方法,对端钢壳的施工要点进行了探讨。得到几
点有益的经验,可供业界参考。

Technical summary of Side Steel Shell at Immersed Tube Tunnel

Abstract:The Immersed Tube Tunnel on waters has been attracted attentions by many countries in the
world and gradually considered as the first choice for construction of large tunnel on waters. For the
each element of Immersed Tube Tunnel use joint to connect. Side steel shell is considered as the
necessary part of the semi-rigid semi-flexible joints、flexible joints and semi-rigid joints. This paper
presents the installation technology of Side Steel shell in Immersed Tube Tunnel. This paper explores
the essentials for side steel shell, Some helpful experience is summarized and can be reference to the
same sectors.

1 引言
沉管隧道是将若干预制的管段运至设定的水下基槽内,组合安装成连接水体两端路上交通的
隧道型交通运输载体。沉管隧道的各个管节间需要利用接头来连接。端钢壳作为半刚半柔接头、
柔性接头和半刚性接头必要组成部分。它由钢板、型钢焊接而形成强度、刚度均较大的钢构件,
且其端部作为可用以安装 GINA 止水带和 OMEGA 止水带。沉管端钢壳的安装尺寸最终影响到管
节的制作尺寸,端钢壳误差在 0~3mm 内,精度要求高,采用哪些措施来达到目标是本文的主要
内容。本文中主要介绍了端钢壳结构、端钢壳制作安装所在的场地、设备、分段、支撑、测量等
内容,总结了沉管端钢壳的制作
