华安工业集团随着企业规模的不断扩大,企业员工的增多,人事管理与薪资管理单靠传统的手工方式已无法满足企业发展的需要。为提高企业的办公效率,决定采用信息化手段来处理企业的信息,于是开发了人事薪资管理系统来适应企业发展。
人事薪资管理系统开发采用工具是 MicroSoft Visual ;支持运行的环境:Microsoft Window98/2000/XP。系统能够提供对人事信息的输入、查询、打印以及薪资发放各明细项目的数据编辑的各项功能,自动计算出薪资发放各项合计数据;可自主设定条件从而达到对薪资数据的多角度查询功能;方便导入、导出数据及输出报表。系统为实现财务部门对本单位薪资发放的集中管理,保证系统的安全性。财务部门人员以管理员身份登录,对系统的可登录人员进行限制。

Abstract
The industrial group of Huaan, with the constant enlargement of the scope of the enterprise, the increasing of enterprise staff, Personnel management and the management of the wages has been already unable to meet demands of enterprise's development by the traditional craft way only. In order to improve the office efficiency of enterprises, we determine to adopt the information-based means to deal with the information of enterprises, and so develop personnel wages administrative system which meets enterprise's development e.
Personnel wages management system adopts of the tool of Microsoft Visual to develop. The supporting environment operating: Microsoft Window98/2000/XP. The system can offer the introduction of personnel information, inquirying, typing and wages granting every detail functions that datum editted of project, calculate out the wages and grant every data of totalling automatically; can establish condition to inquire about the function to large angles , wages of data to reach independently; It is convenient to channel into , lead out the data and output the report . The system, realizes the centralized management that the financial department grants to the wages of our unit, and secure the security system . The personnel of financial department log in the capacity of administrator, to restrain them from to go on system.
