文档介绍:中国民航大学硕士学位论文基于生物免疫算法的机场航班延误状态检测研究姓名:仝冠生申请学位级别:硕士专业:计算机应用技术指导教师:丁建立 20090329 中国民航大学硕士学位论文摘要枢纽机场大面积航班延误的检测与预警已经成为急待研究和解决的问题,航班延误状态检测和免疫系统区分自体与非自体有极大的相似性,本文尝试把免疫算法运用到航班延误状态的诊断检测与预测中,进行了有益的探索,其主要工作有: 提出了基于免疫否定选择算法的机场航班延误状态检测方法,将生物免疫系统机制与机场航班运行机制联系起来,建立了相应的自体集合、检测细胞、抗原信息及它们之间的匹配模型,并进行实例验证与实现;提出了基于概率的机场航班延误动态克隆免疫检测与预警方法,将动态克隆选择算法运用到航班延误状态检测过程中,把一定时期内的航班延误概率作为成熟检测器和记忆检测器的划分标准,并且相应地在检测器训练过程中提出了相对年龄的概念,按照每周的不同日期不同时段采用对应的航班延误数据,定义航班运行数据的权重系数,提高检测和预测的准确率;针对对某天某时刻航班实际运行发生的情况,提出了基于分布式人工免疫模型的机场航班延误实时检测方法,利用分布式检测模型的特点,使用各周次训练出来的检测器联合实时对下一时刻的机场离港航班延误状态进行检测,实验结果表明这种方法不仅能够实时准确地检测机场离港航班状态,而且能够准确预测下一时间段累计延误航班数量。关键词:航班延误检测;否定选择算法;动态克隆算法;分布式免疫算法中国民航大学硕士学位论文 Abst ract The detection and early warning oflarge—scale flight delays inhub airport have e urgent tostudy and solve detection ofthe state offlight delays and thedistinguish between selfand non-self intheimmune system are greatly similay. The paper attempts toapply the immune algorithm todiagnosis and forecast ofthe state oftheairport scheduled flight delay,making useful main work include: Putting forward tothedetecting method ofairport scheduled flight delay state base on immune negative selection algorithm,associating the immune mechanism of a biological system with theflight operational mechanism of an airport,and establishing the corresponding self aggregate,cells for detecting,antigen information and the matching model forthem,and making the authentication and implementing;putting forward to the detecting and early warning method of the dynamic clonal selection algorithm based on probability,applying thedynamic clonal selection algorithm to test flight,using the probability offlight delay in acertain period as divisiory standards of mature detector and memory detector,presenting the concept ofthe relative age in eliminating aniledetectors intheprocess oftraining detectors,using corresponding flight ording todifferent timesection ofdifferent date,deflniting theweight coefficient offlightoperation data,
