我国企业工会在劳资博弈中的角色研究
摘要:工会是为维护职工的合法权益而生的,《工会法》规定:“维护职工合法权益是工会的基本职责。”参加工会是国际公认的基本人权。在现代社会中,工会是一种重要的经济和政治力量,是一个重要的社会组织,任何一个现代国家都必须重视这个组织的存在,充分发挥它的职能,否则就会产生严重的问题和后果。本文尝试从3方面概括分析我们工会当前面临维权困境的现状及成因,同时提出了一些改变现状的对策:一是需要从法制这个根本上保证工会的地位及权利;二是改变行政体制中工会的角色位置;三是加强对工会自身的队伍建设。

Chinese trade unions' role in the game of Labour
Abstract:Unions are born to protect workers'legal rights, "Trade Union Law"states:"Safeguarding the basic duty of trade unions. " It is a basic human right of workers to be protected by union. In modern society, trade union is not only an important economic and political power, but also an important anization. any modern country must pay attention to the existence of anization, and give full play to its functions, otherwise you will have serious problems and consequences . This paper attempts to summarize from the three aspects of our trade unions are facingthe situation and cause difficulties, and proposed some changes to the status que measures: First, the fundamental need to guarantee the legalstatus and rights of trade unions; the second is to change the administrative system in the role of trade unions Position; third is to strengthen the union's own ranks.
