CBJ-60水泥拆包机设计
摘要
水泥拆包机主要应用于各种建筑工地,它是混泥土制作过程中的一个环节,主要与其它设备配合使用,如:水泥袋打包机、,:
系统传动部分设计系统传动部分主要包括带论传动、高速级齿轮传动、,它的小轮端与电动机联接,大轮端与带轮轴联接;高速级齿轮传动用于传递工作所需的力和速度,小齿轮与带轮轴联接,大齿轮的与一个滚筒轴联接,同步齿轮传动用于实现一对滚筒同时工作,其中一个齿轮即高速级传动中的大齿轮起换向作用.
拆包机构设拆包机构的核小部分即为一对滚筒的,;导引机构、退袋机构是一条条钢筋联编而成,位于滚轮下方和右册实现水泥袋有一定的完整性.
输送机构设计输送机构是重要的辅助机构,它主要功能是将水泥输送到一定的高度,然后靠自身重力形成水泥袋与滚筒之间的冲击力,(电动机和传动滚筒)输送带和支撑托辊.

Abstract
Bale breaker of cement is mainly applied to all kinds of building site. It is mainly utilized in the process of manufacturing, certainly which is only one step. And it is usually used with other equipments, such as baling press of cement, Conveying screw pump ,etc. The function of Bale breaker of cement is to realize that the cement is apart from the bag which is used to hold the cement, and provide the raw material for the pudder mixer. The contents of the booklet of direction is mainly as follows:
The design for the transmission system The design for the transmission system mainly include that the belts transmission ,the super-speed gears transmission and the equal-speed gears transmission.
