现代的机械制造系统具有控制规模大、自动化程度高和柔性化强的特点。由于制造系统的结构越来越复杂,价格越来越昂贵,因此定期维修带来的过剩维修或失修,使维修费用在生产成本中所占的比重很大。
由于齿轮具有机构紧凑,效率高,寿命长,工作可靠,理论传动比恒定不变和维护方便等优点,因而在机械传动的各个方面获得广泛应用。虽然齿轮从设计、结构、材料到制造等方面已相当成熟和规范,但仍然难以避免诸如磨损、剥落、点蚀、裂纹等常发故障,由于齿轮故障带来的突然停产将会直接影响到企业效益,因此能够及时找出故障源,就显得尤为重要。
现信号分析方法众多,常用分析法有时域和频域分析法,本文采用频域分析法,基于MATLAB软件,对原始信号分别进行频谱分析、功率谱分析、倒谱分析,综合上述三种谱图判断故障源,分析齿轮磨损的发展趋势。

Abstract
Modern machinery manufacturing system has control of large scale, high degree of automation and flexibility and strong more and plex the structure of manufacturing systems, the price more and more expensive, excessively repair or disrepair caused by regular maintenance, so that maintenance costs in the production of a large proportion of the cost.
The gear anization,high efficiency,long life,reliability in work,theoretical transmission ratio constant and conveniently maintenance,etc.,therefore,all aspects of the mechanical transmission is widely the gear from the design,structure,materials to manufacturing has been quite mature and norms,it is still difficult to avoid,such as wear,spalling, pitting, cracks, permanent fault,rugular to gear failure caused by a sudden cut-off will directly affectenterprise efficiency, so to find the source of the problem in a timely manner, it es particularly important.
Signal analysis methods are numerous,time domain analysis and frequency domain monly paper uses frequency domain analysis, based on the MATLAB software, analyse the original signal by spectrum analysis, power spectrum analysis, cepstrum of the three spectradetermine the source of the problem, analyze the development trend of gear wear.
