摘要: 肽抗生素是由生物体基因编码的肽类物质2 ,广泛存在于自然界中,是生物体非特异性免疫的重要组成部分,
具有抗菌活性强、抗菌谱广、不易产生耐药性等优点。在未来抗感染治疗中有广阔的应用前景。肽抗生素的制备是
制约其开发应用的关键环节。作者对肽抗生素工程制备的有关进展进行综述,包括酵母、杆状病毒、大肠杆菌等表
达技术在肽抗生素制备中的应用,以及转基因动、植物在制备肽抗生素中的巨大潜力。

Abstract : As one of ponents of most anisms innate defense against bacteria and fungi infection , the
gene encoded peptide antibiotics possess lots of biological characters such as strong bactericidal activity , broad antimicrobial
spectrum , uneasy developing of drug resistance which offer them a great promising in future anti infection application. The
