摘要
FMLY100型液压磨光拉丝机主要用于面粉厂磨辊的磨光和拉丝,是面粉厂必备的专用设备。
FMLY100型液压磨光拉丝机主要由床身、工作台、立柱、刀架、砂轮架、磨辊轴承、分度头、液压系统、电气及传动系统等机构所组成。机床床身采用复合导轨,砂轮和刀架均垂直于工作台台面,这样可以增加工件在运转时的稳定性,保证加工件的精度。工作台由液压传动、砂轮、磨辊及齿轮泵均采用单独电动机传动,机床的操纵手柄、电器按钮等均集中在机床的正面,故操作方便、灵活、使用安全。

Abstract:
FMLY No. 100 polish wire drawing machine use in flour mill rub the polishing and wire drawings of roller is the dedicated device that the flour mill must prepare against mainly. Polish wire drawing machine mainly from lathe beds, workingbench, stand post, knife rest, emery wheel shelf of at FMLY 100 type hydraulic pressures and transmission waits for anization to form . Lathe adopt pound guide by lathe bed, emery wheel and perpendicular at workingbench mesa knife rest increase work piece stability while turning round, guarantee the precision with work piece . Working bench at hydraulic transmission, emery wheel, rub and gear wheel pump adopt transmission of motor alone roller, the manipulation handles of lathe, electric apparatus button, etc. concentrate on the fronts of lathe, operate convenient flexible using safe.
