文档介绍：循环经济评价指标体系研究循环经济评价指标体系研究摘要循环经济在今天已经被世人广为接受,成为各国政府发展经济的一种必然选择,其评价指标体系也一直为学界所热烈讨论。随着循环经济在我国的深入开展,社会各界对评价体系的需求越来越紧迫。国家发改委、国家环保局、国家统计局等几个部门在2007年联合发布了工业园区层次和宏观层次的循环经济评价体系,对工业园区和宏观循环经济发展程度进行评价有了一个初步的依据。由于各地区现有经济发展条件的差异,现有的宏观循环经济评价体系并不能适应发展的需要,需要改进更新完善。论文就是针对这个问题,对循环经济评价指标体系进行研究,内容分为以下六个方面:第一章是对循环经济产生的背景、循环经济评价指标体系国内外的研究现状、研究思路及框架、研究方法作一个介绍。第二章对循环经济评价指标体系研究的理论价值和意义作全面阐述。第三章对循环经济评价指标体系及其与相关指标体系做一个比较研究,如清洁生产评价指标体系研究,生态工业园区评价指标体系研究,生态省建设评价指标体系研究,国家可持续发展评价指标体系研究等。第四章重点探讨循环经济评价指标体系的几个问题,如国家制定的循环经济评价指标体系的特点、不同层面的循环经济评价指标的共性、不同层面的循环经济评价指标的个性等方面。第五章,对循环经济评价指标体系的重点指标进行深入研究。第六章运用以上分析,针对浙江省建设循环经济示范省的实际,尝试构建具有浙江特色的,适合浙江经济发展的循环经济评价指标体系。论文的创新点在于:在对与循环经济相关评价体系研究分析的基础上,针对浙江省创建全国循环经济示范区的实际情况,探讨符合浙循环经济评价指标体系研究江发展的、具有浙江特色的循环经济评价指标体系。关键词:循环经济,评价,指标体系 STUDY oN ASSESSMENT INDICAToR SYSTEM oF CIRCULAR ECoNoMY ABSTRACT Circular economy hasbeen not only accepted by theworld,but also being anecessary choice todevelop economy formany paper does research on assessment indicator system of circular economy.
