摘要
随着社会的不断发展,市场的竞争也越来越激烈,因此各个生产企业都迫切地需要改进生产技术,提高生产效率,制造行业中对桥式起重机的要求越来越高,性能也越来越全面。
本设计为起重机的小车部分,起重小车是沿小车轨道横向行驶,吊钩则做升降运动。它的工作范围是其所能行驶地段的长方体空间,正好与一般车间的形式相适应。
通过对桥式起重机的小车运行机构部分和起升机构部分的总体设计计算,以及电动机、联轴器、缓冲器、制动器、钢丝绳的计算选用;运行机构和起升机构的减速器的设计计算和零件的校核计算及结构设计,完成了桥式起重机的小车两重要机构机械部分的设计。通过这一系列的设计,满足起重量达到50/10T的要求,且小车运行和起升机构结构简单,拆装方便,维修容易。

ABSTRACT
With the continuous development of society, petition has e increasingly fierce. Thus, all manufacturing enterprises urgently need to improve the production technology, improve production efficiency, manufacturing industry to bridge cranes increasingly high demand, properties are increasingly full.
The design of the crane trolleys, lifting trolley along the trolley track is moving horizontally, and do lifting hook campaign. The scope of work is moving beyond its rectangular lots of space, and is generally in the form of workshops suit.
Through the overhead crane trolleys in operation and effect of part or part of the overall design, and the motor, Coupling, bumpers, brakes, the calculation of rope to use running and lifting the reducer design ponents are calculated and structural design, completion of the bridge crane trolleys in two important institutions mechanical parts of the design. Through this series of designs to meet up to 50 weight / 10T requirements, Trolley and running and lifting mechanism is simple, easily reassembled and easier to maintain.
