CBA职业球员转会现状及发展对策研究

摘要

运动员转会是指职业运动员从一个俱乐部流向另一个俱乐部的行为和结果。随着职
业俱乐部的发展和完善,运动员转会逐渐成为国际惯例,各项目的国际体育联合会也逐
渐将其纳入章程中进行规范。球员转会可以提高联赛水平,促进俱乐部的发展,它既能
保证球队、球员的利益,使球队之间的实力逐渐实现均衡,也是实现人力制衡的保障。
如何使我国职业篮球运动员的转会制度和转会市场更加规范化、合理化、法制化,是 CBA
联赛极其重要的一项工作。
本文运用文献分析、访谈、问卷调查、数理统计及比较等方法,对 CBA 职业球员转
会制度、转会市场及转会中介(篮球经纪人)的现状进行了详细研究与分析,并通过与
NBA 球员转会现状的比较研究,找出 CBA 职业球员转会方面存在的问题,进而针对 CBA
在计划经济向市场经济过渡的社会背景下提出适合 CBA 职业球员转会的科学对策。
研究结论如下:
1. CBA 球员转会包括国内转会、国内临时转会、港澳台转会和涉外转会,以国内
临时转会、涉外转会为主,其它转会方式很少。CBA 球员转会制度不规范,还不能适应
篮球职业化改革的需要,客观上阻碍了球员的正常转会。
2. CBA 职业球员转会市场形成的社会条件基本成熟,转会市场已基本建立。作为转
会市场主体的各篮球俱乐部在引进国内球员和外籍球员时所采取的主要方式是倒摘牌
制,而国内球员转会国外俱乐部主要由篮球经纪人操作完成。
,目前在 CBA 注册的篮球经纪
人共 14 人,其在数量和质量上均不能满足球员转会的需求。
,造成优秀球员供需不平衡;有关球员转会制度不规范,使球
员不能正常转会;缺少高素质的篮球经纪人;俱乐部尚未成为真正的市场主体;我国体
育管理体制的制约是 CBA 职业球员转会方面存在的主要问题。

Abstract
Player’s transaction means the behavior and result that professional player transfers from
one club to the development of professional club, the transaction gradually
es an international convention. International sport federations of different items also
bring it into their rules and transaction can improve the level of the league
matches, promote the development of the club as well as guarantee the interest of the team
and player and make the strength of different teams keep balance. It is also the security of
keeping the balance of human resources. How to make the regulation and market of our
professional basketball player’s transaction e more standardized, rationalized and
legalized is the main task of CBA.
The paper adopts methods of documentation, expert interview, questionnaire survey ,
SPSS parison etc. to analyze the current situation of CBA player’s transaction, the
transaction market and agent of transaction ( the basketball manager ) in the
