现在,随着人们物质生活水平的提高,对产品的包装质量也相应提高,与国外先进技术相比,我国灌装旋盖包装机械在速度方面、产品适应性方面尚有许多差距,国产设备大多数是在引进设备,消化吸收的基础上开发的,受引进起点的限制和消化吸收深度不够的影响,缺少高质量的专用灌装旋盖设备,且在控制技术、可靠性和在线检测等方面不能满足国内生产的需要。未来几年,我国食品、药品包装机械设备的总需求应为650亿元左右,即每年保持12%以上的增长率才能满足市场需求,所以根据国内企业技术要求,开发适应性强、价格适中的包装机械将有很大的市场发展空间。常见旋头机有直线式和螺旋式,这些旋头机存在很多缺陷,旋盖力控制精度不高,容易损坏瓶盖,且效率不高。本文针对这些缺陷,进行新型的旋头机产品的研究。本文设计的自动直排式旋头机可以同时旋4个瓶盖,且运用DS03型号的旋头,防止瓶盖的损坏。本旋头机具有定位准确、旋盖可靠、运行平稳和不伤瓶盖等优点。
