摘要
现在,随着人们物质生活水平的提高,对产品的包装质量也相应提高,与国外先进技
术相比,我国灌装旋盖包装机械在速度方面、产品适应性方面尚有许多差距,国产设备
大多数是引进国外的产品,吸收他人的优点的基础上开发的,受引进的限制和吸收深度
不够的影响,缺少高质量的专用旋盖设备,且在自动控制技术、可靠性、安全性、效率
性和在线检测等方面不能满足国内生产的需要达不到要求。在未来几年,我国食品、药
品、化妆品等包装机械设备的总需求应为650亿元左右,每年保持12%以上的增长率才能
满足市场需求达到要求的标准,所以根据国内企业技术要求,开发适应性强、价格合适
的包装机械将有很大的市场空间。常见旋头机有直线式和螺旋式,且这些旋头机存在很
多缺陷,旋盖力控制精度不高,容易损坏瓶盖,且效率不是很高。本文针对这些缺陷,进
行新型的旋头机产品的研究。本文设计的自动直排式旋头机可以同时旋4个瓶盖,且运
用DS03型号的旋头,防止瓶盖的损坏。本旋头机具有定位准确、旋盖可靠、运行平稳
和不伤瓶盖等优点。

Abstract 
Now,  with  the  improvement of  people's  living standard, the product  packaging quality 
also rises accordingly, compares with the overseas advanced technologies, the filling capping
