本文从社区社会体育指导员的性质作用入手进行研究采用了文献
资料法社会调查法访谈法观察法和数理统计的研究方法对泉州市
社区所有社会体育指导员的基本情况发展数量指导动机指导性质
指导特征业务水平以及影响社会体育指导员队伍发展因素等方面进行剖
析
通过分析得出以下结论
1 泉州市社区社会体育指导员队伍得到迅速发展在社区建设和全民
健身计划纲要实施中发挥重要作用但各社区间社会体育指导员队伍的
发展存有差异
2 泉州市社区社会指导员以中老年女性为主他们以民族传统项目指
导为主以球类项目和操舞类项目指导为辅其文化程度技术等级指
导次数指导时间指导场所以及指导能力基本上满足社区居民的锻炼需
求
3 社会体育指导员的指导动机以强身健体社会责任感为主服务方式
以无偿服务为主反映了泉州社区社会体育指导员具有较强的敬业精神
4 泉州市社区社会体育指导员获取体育指导相关知识的途径较窄技术
等级普遍偏低组织管理能力及科研能力较差
5 针对泉州市社区社会体育指导员队伍发展状况和影响因素探讨社区
社会体育指导员队伍建设的发展对策加强政府体育主管部门的领导作
用加大培训力度努力提高社会体育指导员自身素质多渠道筹集资金
完善队伍建设扩大社会体育指导员在社区体育中职责加大宣传力度

Abstract

Focus on features and roles of Instructors munity Social
Physical Education, using several methods, through liquidation and
analysis to the datum obtained, the paper discussed present situation,
quantity of development, instruct motivation, and factors that related to
the development of instructors munity social physical education.
Conclusions listed as follow:
1. The number of instructors munity social physical
education increasing steeply, which play an important role in
community construction and implement of Nationwide fitness
program . But there is difference between developments of instructors’
team of social physical education of munity.

Quanzhou city are adult-old, female people, who take national
traditional sports as main physical excises, and take
basket-hand-foot-volleyball or dance as auxiliary sports. Their
education extent, technical grade, frequency and time of instruction, and
instruct ability basically satisfied those residents with physical excises
need.
