竞赛规则的演变对羽毛球运动技战术的影响

摘要
在竞技运动中,运动训练的目的是为了创造最佳的运动成绩。因此,运动竞赛是竞
技运动的核心。运动训练与运动竞赛均以竞赛规则为指导,从这个意义上说,竞赛规则
是竞技运动的指挥棒。运动训练与运动竞赛永远要沿着这根指挥棒的方向前进,否则,
运动训练就会迷失方向,竞赛必然出现偏差,成绩必然受到影响。
竞赛规则是在不断变化、发展的,它总是伴随着运动技术、科学技术的创新与发展
以及社会的进步而适时地加以修改,规则的修改又不断促进运动技术的提高和竞赛方法
的变化,引导着运动技术发展的方向,它是竞技运动发展的不竭动力。加强对规则变化
的历史及其规律的研究,掌握各时期规则变化的特点,把握运动技术发展的方向,才能
提高运动训练的成效,达到创造最佳运动成绩的目的。
本文以羽毛球竞赛规则为研究对象,主要采用文献资料法、专家访谈法和逻辑分析
法等研究方法,通过对各个发展时期的竞赛规则的研究,了解规则演变的过程,分析各
阶段规则演变的特点以及对羽毛球运动发展所产生的影响,从而掌握羽毛球规则的变化
规律及该项运动的未来发展趋势,为运动训练和运动竞赛提供理论依据。

Abstract
In petition, the aim of sports training is to create the best performance.
Therefore, competition is the core of petition. Both sports training and
competition are guided petition rules, which, hence, in this sense, is the guiding baton
petitions and will guide the training petition all the time, or the training will be
lost, petition will drift away and the performance will be influenced.
Competition rules are changing and developing and being revised with the innovation
and development of sport skills, science and technology and social progress. They are the
inexhaustible impetus guiding sport skill development petition development. It is an
effective way to enhance the study on rule change history and laws, to master the
characteristics of rule changes in different periods and grasp the direction of sport skill
development. Thus, the effect of sport training can be improved and the aim of creating the
best sport performance can be reached.
