Vehicle maintenance enterprises, as the vehicle for the birth flourished. Their amount in the world is huge. However, their types ar
e diverse; the models of service and management are also different.
Vehicle maintenance services business models are:4s and special maintenance, independent shops, online services, automobile clubs and so on. Management features include:human resources management, equipment management, operation management, financial management, and so on.
In this paper, there is a brief introduction of the automobile repair business development and the status quo, car repair business services and management types. From a certain perspective, there are analysis and discussion of the different types of vehicle maintenance services and enterprise management. And attachment units on the production as an example, comparing their differences and similarities. The hope is have a step deep understanding of auto repair services and enterprise management modes , and triggering own thinking,own views. Hope to be helpful to the operation in the management of vehicle repair and operation service enterprises.
