我国农村民生问题是当前社会各界倍受关注的问题,如何促进我国农村经
济发展和增加农民收入是改善农村民生的关键,解决好农村民生问题也是提升
我国综合实力的具体体现。本文是在科学发展观的视角下研究我国农村民生问
题,提出坚持以农民为本,重视农民的价值,农民是我国发展建设的主力军,
通过改善农村的基础教育、医疗卫生、社会保障等方面因素,进而改善农民的
生活状况,增加农民收入,提高农民素质,充分发挥农民的积极性和创造性。
文章主要分析了我国农村的民生问题,如城乡教育差距、养老保险状况和医疗、
住房等方面,究其历史原因和现实原因来探讨我国农村民生问题,如从我国农
村人口基数大,总体素质不高,城乡二元经济结构长期对农村的制约等方面进
行论述。科学发展观是我国进行各项事业的行动指南,依靠科学发展观的理论
指导,针对我国社会主义初级阶段的国情和农村现状,进一步探索和研究解决
我国农村民生问题的对策和办法。

Abstract
Our country rural area people's livelihood problem is that current
general public is doubly paid close attention to problem ,how to promote
China's rural economic development and increase the e of the farmers
is the key to improve rural people's livelihood, solve the problem of
rural people's livelihood but also enhance the concrete manifestation
of China'prehensive strength. This paper is the study on the problem
of China's rural livelihood in the scientific outlook on development
perspective ,put forward adhere to the farmers for this,pay attention
to the value, farmers are the main force in the construction of China's
development,through the improvement of rural basic education, health,
social security and other factors, thereby improving the living
conditions of farmers, increase the e of farmers, improve the
quality of the peasants, give full play to their enthusiasm and creativity.
This paper mainly analyzes China's rural existing livelihood issues, such
as the gap between urban and rural education, endowment insurance and
medical, housing and other aspects,The historical reason and the
realistic reason to probe into the problem of China's rural people's
