海外发展的借鉴研究
中文摘要

中国经济经过改革开放三十多年的发展,已经跃居为世界第二大经济体及第二大
贸易国。随着我国改革开放进程的不断加快,越来越多的中国企业也具备了“走出去”
的条件和实力,到海外投资的意愿日趋强烈。然而,众多中国企业的海外投资都碰到
了诸多问题,进展十分不顺。这让我们不得不考虑如何面对中国企业海外投资的困境,
帮助他们找到问题所在,为中国企业在全球的拓展提出有着实可行的建议。
文本从以上大背景出发,认真学习并总结了海外投资方面的研究综述,在对投资
发展周期理论、小规模技术理论、技术地方化理论、产品周期理论、儒商理论等相关
理论的分析借鉴基础上,总结出了本文的研究思路与方法。全文利用笔者在对日工作
中积累的经验,在阅读并研究了日本国内的众多专业机构、咨询公司的信息的基础上,
搜集了多方面的一手资料,着重通过对日本企业海外投资特别是对华投资过程中的典
型案例分析,总结出日本企业海外投资的经验与教训,为中国企业今后在海外投资中
提供有效的借鉴。

Research on Investments from Japanese Enterprises to
China and How to Use for Reference to Chinese
Companies as Their Overseas Investments
Abstract

Over the past 30 years of reform and development, China's economic development has
e the world's second largest economy and second largest trading country. As China's
reform and opening-up process continues to accelerate, more and more Chinese enterprises
have the “condition and strength to go out", and overseas investments will e increasingly
intense. However, many Chinese enterprises overseas investments have encountered many
problems, their progress is not smooth. This let us have to consider how to face the
predicament of Chinese enterprises overseas investment, to help them find the problems, for
the Chinese enterprises in the global expansion and give them feasible suggestions.
From the above background, the author has been seriously studied and summarized
the survey of overseas investment, through the analysis of the investment development
path theory, localization theory, theory of small-scale technology, technology product cycle
theory, scholar on the basis of theoretical analysis drawing on related theories, the text
