摘要
煤炭在当今世界能源结构中占有十分重要的地位,但煤矿火灾仍然是煤矿安全的重
要隐患之一。由于煤矿综放采空区开采强度大,冒落空间高,一次性遗煤较多,工作面
供风量相对较大,再加上工作面通风难以管理,使采空区容易遗留大量浮煤,造成采空
区遗煤自燃。
华亭陈家沟煤矿 3103 综放工作面采用倾斜分层走向长壁综采低位放顶煤采煤方法,
全部垮落法管理顶板,分层厚度 10m,其中机采厚度 3m,放顶煤厚度 7m,采放比 1:
。该工作面采用分段间隔多轮顺序放煤,两采一放,截深 ,循环步距为 。
本文采用现场观测、实验研究和数值模拟相结合的方法对陈家沟煤矿 3103 综放采
空区自燃危险区域判定进行研究。首先,利用大型煤自然发火实验台和程序升温实验,
对煤自燃特性参数进行了实验测试,并得出煤的最短自然发火期为 32 天;其次,通过
现场观测和生产状况确定了采空区浮煤厚度,即进回风顺槽及两端头支架处浮煤厚度为
,工作面中部的浮煤厚度为 ;然后,通过理论分析得出工作面采空区空隙
率和渗透率分布规律,并结合工作面实测数据,建立采空区渗流数学模型及三维物理模
型,并应用 ANSYS FLUENT 软件进行数值模拟,得出了采空区氧浓度、压力分布图;
最后,通过对实验数据、现场观测和数值模拟进行综合分析,得出陈家沟煤矿 3103 综
放工作面采空区“三带”的分布和最低安全推进速度。

ABSTRACT
Coal is among the most important emergy resources around the world, but coal is still
one of important hidden trouble in the safety of coal mine fire. Because of large strength of
fully mechanized mining areas, high taking down space, more coal in one-time off, rather
mining air volume in workface, plus it’s hard to manage ventilation in workface, all this make
more float mine left in coal gob easily, which cause left bustion in gob.
