文档介绍:摘要随着科技的发展,平面显示技术呈现日新月异的飞速发展,但由这些器件直接做成的显示器所呈现的画面都逃脱不掉“平面”的命运;具有 3D显示的数字电视终端即将成为未来显示的发展方向和重要核心。其中,3D虚拟头盔系统的迅速发展给世界及中国即将到来的数字电视3D 虚拟现实系统带来了重要的契机和希望。本文研制用于3D虚拟数字电视的头盔显示系统,分析了与HMD 有关的人的因素和图像源,并利用ZEMAX进行光学系统的初始结构求解、优化设计和公差分析,组装成在可见光波段的3D虚拟头盔显示系统。此系统理论设计时,MTF在301p/,畸变小于5%, 倍率色差半径小于201un, F数<<3,总长小于70mm,总重在157克左右。关键词:数字电视3D虚拟头盔系统优化设计公差分析 ABSTRACT With the development of science and technology, the Plane Display Technique got rapid development with each passing day. But the display effect couldn't get out the fate of "plane" with these plane display devices. So Digital TV terminal possessing 3D display technique is sure to e the important aim and kernel in the development of display technique in the future. And it is the rapid development of 3D virtual HMD system that brings great chances to realize Digital TV 3D virtual system all over the world and china. In this paper the HMD system used in 3D virtual Digital TV is developed, the human's factors and images of HMD are analyzed. The original configuration, optimization design and tolerance analysis of the optical system in HMD system are finished by ZEMAX. A 31) virtual HMD system of visual optical wavelength is designed. As the system has been designed in paper, the MTF of this system is more than in 301p/mm, The distortion is less than 5 percent, The radius of lateral color is less than 20prn, F/# is less than 3, the total length of system is less than 70mm, and the total weight is about 157g.
