文档介绍:摘要本文:1)分析周边港121现状、规划及存在的问题,提出了建设北洋山港区的意义和必要性。2)在业界首次总结提出了“岛屿束水效应”理论和利用“岛屿束水效应”形成“纵向两端喇叭口、中间狭长通道的海峡形大顺岸港池、横向两侧大顺岸深水岸线”港口格局的方法,该理论和方法为潮流数学模型所证实,具有以下优点:岸线顺直、岸线长、港池宽度大;港池流速大、水深深、回淤小、流态好。该理论和方法具有重要的理论意义和应用价值。3)在业界首次提出利用小洋山港区北侧岸线和“岛屿束水效应’’建设北洋山港区的总体规划方案。规划方案依托小洋山港区北侧岸线,在外侧2km处海域建设梭状人工岛(兼作防波堤),形成两头口门为喇叭口、"---'2kan狭长通道的“海峡”,发挥“岛屿束水效应”,避免泥沙回淤,使得港内水域增深后的水深得以长期维持。港区格局为:南为lOkm南港区、中为港内水域(水深16"--"18m)、北为lOkm 北港区。该方案对于增加上海国际航运中心深水岸线资源,为洋山深水港区提供发展空间,具有十分重要的战略意义和现实意义。4)采用潮流数学模型计算验证了总体规划方案利用“岛屿束水效应”整治岸线水深的效果。关键词:洋山深水港区;北洋山港区;总体规划;岛屿束水效应;深水岸线 Abstract This paper analysis thepractical conditions,layout styles,and problems ofthe adjacent harbors,and presents the necessity of the construction for the North Yangshan firstly summarizes and introduces the theory of“Water constricted by islandeffect”,then,based on thistheory,brings forward amethod that Can found asea·-gate--extendedquay wharf which hastwo bellmouths ateach end in thelongitude,and anarrow passage inthemiddle”.This theory and method isstudied andverifiedby thenumerical tide-model,and hastheadvantage of along andstraight coast,wide harborbasin,and itcould alsomaintain alargevelocity inthebasin and could reduce thelong run,ir adeeper water depth isneeded,it Can be obtained by theadjusting of the length and width of theentrance to modate thevelocity intheharbor basinand Can also found extensions inthelateral toform harbors which consist ofmany parallel man—made alsointroduces theintegrated layout ofYangshan harbor,which is thepioneer intheacademic domain,using thenorthern coast ofthesmallYangshan harbor,assisting by theabove theory,to construct aman-made island 2kilometers aside,thisislandCan alsoplay aroleoftheseawall,SO a‘‘sea gate”isformed,which has bellmouths ateachend,and achannel inthewidth -2kiIometers inthe middle,this sea-gateCan constrict water,as aresult,the sediment carrying power is maintained or even exceeds thenatural condition,avoiding
