近年来,伴随着我国经济,工业水平的不断提高和发展,噪声比较小,寿命相对较长,压缩效率非常高,性能稳定且平衡的供气设备逐渐引起了大家的关注。双螺杆压缩机凭借优异的功能,其可靠性,操作维修,适应性,以及其他特点被应用在各种工业场合。类似于化工,机械,医疗,国防工程,金属冶炼,土木建筑等多个工业部门。八十年代后,随着其技术的成熟,其运用范围也在始终的扩充。又因为双螺杆压缩机目前已经系列化,零件相对较少,其在所有压缩机中,其份额已经占了一半,市场份额也超过了23。因此,研究双螺杆压缩机的意义是具有特殊性和重要性的。双螺杆压缩机是回转式压缩机的一种,其运动原理主要是通过转子的运动引起容积的变化,进而使气体发生改变。因此研究重点是其中的一对转子的运动。本文主要是研究喷油式双螺杆空气压缩机,着重研究设计转子新型型线,对其相关影响因素逐个分析优化,达到最优。本文中阴阳转子齿数比例为4:6,采用单边不对称摆线圆弧型型线,对齿间容积,齿间面积,齿间啮合线等进行计算分析。

Abstract
In recent years, with the continuous improvement and development of the economic and industrial level in China, the noise is relatively small, the life is relatively long, the compression efficiency is very high, and the stable and balanced gas supply equipment has gradually aroused the attention of everyone. Twin screw compressor has excellent functions, its reliability, operation and maintenance, adaptability and other characteristics are applied to various industrial occasions. It is similar to chemical industry, machinery, medical treatment, national defense engineering, metal smelting, civil engineering and so on. Since 80s, with the maturity of its technology, the scope of its application has also been expanding. And because the twin-screw compressor is now serialized, the parts are relatively small, its share in all compressors has already accounted for half, and the market share is more than 2/3. Therefore, the significance of studying twin screw compressor is of particularity and importance. Twin-screw compressor is a kind of rotary compressor. Its motion principle is mainly through the movement of the rotor, causing the volume change, and then changes the gas. Therefore, the research focuses on the movement of one pair of rotors. This paper mainly studies the fuel injection twin screw air compressor, which focuses on the design of a new type of Rotor line, and analyzes and optimizes the related factors one by one to achieve the best.
