【摘要】目的对岗松进行分析研究,测定岗松中槲皮素含量,为岗松的质量标准制定提供方法和依据。方法采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定岗松中槲皮素含量。色谱柱为Lichrospher C18( mm×250 mm,5 μm),流动相为甲醇-水-磷酸-三乙胺(50:50::),检测波长370 nm,柱温室温,流速1 ml/min。 ~ μg范围内呈良好线性关系(r= 4),%,%(n=9)。结论该法简便可行,重复性好,可作为岗松中槲皮素的含量测定方法。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo develop a method for determining the content of quercetin in the natural herb of Baeckea frutescens L.. MethodsAn HPLC method was set up to determine the content of quercetin in Baeckea frutescens L.,using lichrospher C18 ( mm×250 mm,5μm) column,and methanol-water-phosphoric acid-triethylamine(50:50::) as the mobile phase, the UV detection wavelength

岗松为桃金娘科岗松属植物岗松Baeckea frutescens L.,主要分布于广西、广东、江西、福建等地,具有化淤止痛、清热解毒、利尿通淋、杀虫止痒之功效,用于跌打淤肿、肝硬化、热泻、热淋、小便不利、阴痒、脚气、皮肤瘙痒、疥癣、水火烫伤、虫蛇咬伤。目前对岗松生药的研究除了其挥发油成分外[1] ,还从岗松中提取分离得到了黄酮类化合物槲皮素。关于岗松中黄酮类化合物的含量测定未见文献报道。本研究采用高效液相色谱法,对其中的黄酮类化合物槲皮素进行含量测定,以期为药材的进一步开发利用提供基础化学数据,为岗松药材的质量标准研究奠定基础。
