【摘要】目的建立橘核中橙皮苷含量的测定方法,为橘核的质量评价与控制提供科学依据。方法采用HPLC法进行测定。色谱柱:Kromasil C18色谱柱(250 mm× mm,5 μm);流动相:甲醇-36%(体积分数)乙酸-水(体积比38∶2∶60);流速: mL·min-1;检测波长:285 nm;柱温: 25 ℃。~ μg范围内线性关系良好,r= 9,%(n=6),RSD=%,~ mg·g-1之间。结论该方法简便、准确,可作为橘核中橙皮苷的定量分析和质量控制方法。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo establish a HPLC method for the determination of hesperidin in semens of Citri HPLC was performed on Kromasil-C18 column (250 mm× mm,5 μm) at 25 ℃ with the mobile phase of methanol-36% acetic acid-water (38
∶2∶60) at a flow rate of mL·min-1,and the detection wavelength was set at 285 The linearity of hesperidin was good in the range of 0103- μg, r= 9,and its average recovery rate was % (n=6),RSD=%.The content of hesperidin in 3 samples was between mg·g-1 and mg·g- This method is simple,accurate and suitable for the quantitative determination of hesperidin in Semen Citri Reticulatae.

橘核[1]为芸香科植物橘Citrus reticuluta Blanco及其栽培变种的种子,其味苦,平。归肝、肾经。具有理气、散结、止痛的功效,临床可用于治疗小肠疝气,睾丸肿痛,乳痈肿痛。橘核中含有橙皮苷和柠檬苦素类物质等。目前橘核的质量控制尚缺乏较全面统一的标准,虽已有关于橘核中柠檬苦素类物质含量测定的报道[2],但柠檬苦素类物质很难得到纯度较高的单体化合物,故将其作为质控指标仍存在一定的局限性。
