摘 要
通过本次毕业设计,了解破碎机的发展史、破碎机的类型、破碎机的工作原理和规定的主要技术参数,详细分析了破碎机的组成。通过实践,深入了解锤式破碎机的内部各个构造,并阐述了传统方法的应用。运用知识和科学的逻辑思维方法,客观地解释和分析产生破坏的原因并加以解决。装配的结构和零件的设计需要严格按照标准,在完成规定动作的前提下尽量节约成本,选择更为简单的结构工艺,满达到工作所需的强度刚度要求,与其它部件良好配合。在相关的创新设计中,详细分析了转子锤头的结构、材料对于延长寿命的影响。在设计的最后根据国家标准给出简单的破碎机使用注意事项,在正式使用前需要充分的准备工作,保证机器的正常运转。

Abstract
Through this graduation design, we know the history of the crusher, the type of crusher, the working principle of the crusher and the main technical parameters of the crusher, and analyze the composition of the crusher in detail. Through practice, the internal structure of the hammer crusher is thoroughly understood, and the application of the traditional method is expounded, and the reason and analysis of the cause of destruction are objectively explained and analyzed by using the logical thinking method of knowledge and science. The design of the assembled structure and parts should be strictly in accordance with the standard, saving the cost as much as possible and choosing a simpler structure process to achieve the requirements of the strength stiffness required for the work to make it fit well with the other components. In the related innovative design, the structure and material life of rotor hammers are analyzed in detail. In the end, according to the national standards, the simple matters needing attention in the use of crushers are given, and sufficient preparations are needed before the formal use, so as to ensure the normal operation of the machines.
