文档介绍:大连理工大学硕士学位论文营口港船货代理公司管理人员激励机制研究姓名:高殿忠申请学位级别:硕士专业:工商管理指导教师:乔坤 20090501 大连理工大学专业学位硕士学位论文摘要市场竞争,使得企业特别关注员工的激励。一是员工是企业最重要的资源,人力资源投入的程度和效果明显影响着企业的竞争力;二是如今最剧烈的竞争是人才的竞争, 人才争夺战愈演愈烈。由于企业员工个体、不同群体之间存在差异,员工个体、不同群体需求特征有较大差异。企业对员工的有效激励,必须在了解员工个体、不同群体需求的基础上,才能制订出各种有效的激励措施,真正起到激励员工,实现企业目标的目的。本文针对营口港务集团船货代理公司管理人员这一特征群体,采用调查问卷的方式,通过对管理人员需求因素进行调查、统计、分析,找出管理人员最为关注的需求因素,并采取相对应的各种激励对策,对管理人员这一特定群体进行整体综合激励,采用物质激励和精神激励相结合的方式。物质激励方面,在工资分配上根据企业效益,对不同管理岗位的管理人员进行系数调整分配;在奖金分配方面,进行严格绩效考核,根据考核结果量化打分,根据每个管理人员考核得分分配奖金。精神激励方面,根据公司管理人员受教育程度较高、知识水平较高的特点,侧重采取改革人事制度、培训、企业文化等精神激励措施。使机关管理人员的工作主动性、创造性得到有效提高,全面实现营口港务集团船货代理公司的企业目标。关键词:管理人员;激励;对策营口港船货代理公司管理人员激励对策研究 The Study onMotivationSystem forManagement Personnel of Yingkou portShipping andCargo Abstract The petition enables the enterprise specially pay attention tostaffs drive.
