摘要: 目的应对北京突发的 SARS 疫情,对综合医院进行布局改造,确保患者及时收治。方法按照呼吸道传
染病隔离要求将 26 所综合医院改造成为适合 SARS 收治的定点医院。结果经改造的综合医院投入使用后,迅
速隔离传染源,有效的控制疫情扩散,缓解了各医院发热门诊和郊区县 SARS 救治的压力,同时也为一线工作人
员提供了安全可靠的工作环境。结论在最短时间内用较少资金,完成综合医院布局改造,满足了患者收治需
要,是应对突发公共卫生事件中的重要举措。

Layout Changes in General Hospital for SARS Patients

Abstract: OBJECTIVE To cope with the SARS outbreak , and ensure all the SARS patients to be hospitalized.
METHODS A total of 26 general hospitals were changed into designated SARS hospitals in Beijing according to the
regulations of respiratory infectious diseases and standard layout of national infectious disease hospitals. RESULTS After
utilizing the modified general hospitals , the infectious resources were rapidly isolated , the spread of SARS epidemic was
effectively controlled , and the higher press on clinics for fever patients and on district and county hospitals was reduced.
Also , they provided a safe working enviro
