The thesis introduced the design idea ofsystem core frame,main tables,triggers,the realization andtheway ofthe store theend,thedesign andrealization about Short Message Service Provider’S Service are introduced withsome examples,and some implementing resultsofthesystem were shown. The research and implementing ofthesystem made Zhenj iang ’S Short Message Service Provider’S Service improving support system,the market of ShortMessage Service Provider’SService inZhenjiang area were exploited and acertainextent,itplaysanimportant roleinattracting,developing andreservingconsumers,and ithasgottengood economic profits and socialprofits.
