文档介绍:摘要
此毕业设计的内容是:CA6140下部刀架的工艺工装的设计。
在我的说明书中,包括工艺部分的设计和工装部分的设计两大部分。其主要功能是实现刀架的横、纵向进给。在安排工艺时,要确保各尺寸间的关系,分析零件的加工工艺性,拟定出合理的工艺路线;在设计专用夹具时,以保证加工质量为前提,提高生产效率。在这两部分中综合运用了我在大学期间学的各门课程,其中包括CAD制图、机械工艺、夹具设计、公差配合、材料选择等学科。通过这次毕业设计,我从中学到了很多知识,不但能把在大学期间所学的专业知识综合运用到一起,还能够提高我查阅有关的资料的能力,更加熟练了我运用计算机绘图的能力。

Abstract

The content of this graduation project is: Design of the craft frock of CA6140 underpart knife rest.
In my manual, including two major parts of design, some of design to make the route of processing and to design the special-purpose jig. Its main function is to realize the giving harsh and unreasonable, entersly longitudinally of the knife rest. While arranging the craft, should guarantee the relation among every size, analyze the preparation method of the part, and plan to make the rational craft route; while designing the special-purpose jig, under the prerequisite of guaranteeing to process quality, improving production efficiency. Have used every course which I study in these two parts during university synthetically, discipline of including CAD making maps, mechanical craft, jig design, tolerance fitting, material and choosing etc... Through this graduation project, I have learnt much knowledge from it, not only can apply the professional knowledge studied during university to together synthetically, also it can improve consulting my ability of materials, the getting more skilled use by ability puter graphics.
