Grammar Focus
1) They told the emperor the clothes they made were special because only clever people could saw them.（they made在句子中作clothes定语从句，省略了引导词that, 意为“她们告诉皇帝，她们制作衣服是特殊，因为只有聪慧人才能看到它们。”）
