河流污染物-水节霉群落生长环境微生物多样性研究
摘要
本文采用结合变形梯度凝胶电泳 DGGE 和克隆文库技术的分子生物学手段,对牡
丹江流域的水节霉爆发的水环境沉积物和水节霉共生体,细菌和真菌群落结构作了比较
和分析。并采用 MEGA 等作图软件和香侬-威纳等所养性指数对沉积物样品和共生体样
品进行了微生物多样性的评估,得到了以下结论。
1 .获得了 576 条有效序列,共得到细菌类群如下 Acidobacteria (酸杆菌
门),Planctomycetes(浮霉菌门),Actinobacteria(放线菌门),Betaproteobacteria (Beta-
变形菌门),,Alphaproteobacteria(Alpha-变形菌门), us –Thermus(异常球菌
-栖热菌门),Firmicutes(厚壁菌门),Gemmatimonadetes(芽单胞菌门), Deltaproteobacteria
(Delta-变形菌门),Cyanobacteria(蓝藻门)Chlorobi(绿菌门),Chloroflexi(绿弯菌
门)
真菌类群如下 Basidiomycota(担子菌门)ycota(子囊菌门),Blastocladiomycota,
Chytridiomycota(壶菌门),Cercozoa(丝足虫类),Zygomycetes(接合菌门)及其他类
群 Choanoflagellida 和 Rhodophyta(红藻门)
12 个克隆文库和一个 DGGE 分析谱图,从直观角度将水节霉爆发地的
微生物群落展现出来。并用多样性指数,分析和讨论影响水节霉生长繁殖的环境因素和
共生体的微生物群落变化。

OF LEPTOMITUS MOLECULARBIOLOGY
ABSTRACT
In this paper, combined with the deformation gradient gel electrophoresis DGGE and
clone library of molecular biology methods, the Leptomitus lacteus of the Mudanjiang River
outbreak of sediment and Leptomitus lacteus of the water environment symbiosis mold,
bacteria and munity structure pared and analyzed. Such as mapping by
using MEGA software and Shannon - Wiener index etc. cultivation sediment samples and
samples of the microbial symbiont diversity assessment, obtained the following conclusions.
1. Received 576 sequences, bacterial populations were obtained as Acidobacteria,
Planctomycetes, Actinobacteria, Betaproteobacteria, Alphaproteobacteria,
us-Thermus, Firmicutes, Gemmatimonadetes, Deltaproteobacteria, Cyanobacteria
Chlorobi, and taxa are Basidiomycota, ycota, Blastocladiomycota,
Chytridiomycota, Cercozoa, Zygomycetes and other groups Choanoflagellida and
Rhodoph
