say “说，表达”（着重内容，后面接具体的话。）

talk “交谈，谈话” 与speak意思相近，着重“说话”这一 动作本身，不着重内容。指二人或二人以上的一般交谈。
eg. The teacher is talking to him.
speak “演讲” （正式场合的演讲）speak +语言
后面常跟介词to speak to sb
eg. Can you speak English?
She is speaking to her teacher.
