摘要
本文对《现代汉语词典》(第 5 版)所收录的 201 个股市词语从构词特点、语义特
点两个方面进行定量究和定性分析。其中,本文所选取的股市词语是被人们广泛使用和
认可、已经稳定下来并被词典收录的词语。对于一些被股市从业者或股民使用、但未被
《现代汉语词典》收录研的词语,本文暂不研究。
股市词语是现代汉语词汇系统中的一种行业语,是现代汉语词汇系统的组成部分。
从股市词语的构词特点上看,其构词法以偏正为主,占总数的 48%;其语音形式以双音
节为主,这符合语言发展的经济性原则,也符合语言发展的总趋势;词性以动词为主;
并大量采用词根构词的方式;在修辞方面以比喻、借代、仿词为主。
从股市词语的语义特点上看,股市词语中的专业性词语继续保持其语义单义性的特
点;其语义来源主要是通用语、其他行业语、外语、方言和港台地区流行的语言;随着
股市词语的广泛流行,其词语还产生了语义泛化现象。本文对其泛化情况、泛化方式和
泛化原因进行了阐述。
通过对本课题的研究,对股市词语进行了较为深入的分析和描写,希望能够对促进
语言学、社会学和经济学的交叉研究和共同发展有所助益。

Abstract
This paper studies the 201 stock market terms of The Modern Chinese Dictionary , it
researches from two aspects of word-formation feature, semantic feature, by way of
quantitative and qualitative analysis. The paper research the terms which have been widely
used and the Dictionary included. This paper doesn’t carry on the study the terms which have
used by stock staffs and investors, but not be included by The Modern Chinese Dictionary.
Stock market terms is an industry language and important part of the modern Chinese
vocabulary system. From the morphological characteristics of the stock market terms,
attribute-head is main rules, accounting for 48% of the total number of the stock market terms.
In the stock market terms, Two-syllable form is the major voice, it is in line with the principle
of economy of language development and the general trend of language development. The
verb is much more than other lexical categories, and stock market terms use a lot of root
morphological approaches. On the view of rhetorical Features, metaphor, metonymy and
parody are the main ways.
From the semantic characteristics of the stock market terms, the semantic meaning of
professional stock market terms only have one meaning, the semantic meaning mainly stem
from general language, other industry languages,
