环糊精包合清脑醒神贴中挥发性成分的研究

摘要:目的研究清脑醒神贴中挥发性成分的包合工艺。方法以均匀设计试验法设计β-环糊精包合工艺,采
用气相色谱法测定包封率。优选多种高分子材料制备,浇铸制成贴片。结果完成了关键技术包合工艺的研究,确定
最佳工艺为:β-环糊精与药物最佳包合比例为 5∶1,80 ℃恒温水浴搅拌 60 min 进行包封。用浇铸法制备出新型凝
胶骨架型中药控释穴位贴片。结论本制备工艺科学合理,具有良好的开发应用前景。

Study of Cyclodextrin Inclusion of ponents in Qingnaoxingshen Patch WANG Rui,

Abstract:Objective To study the process of β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) inclusion techniques for volatile
components in Qingnaoxingshen patch. Methods Inclusion techniques were selected by screening on
uniform-design method, the content was identified by GC. Casting method was used to prepare into path.
Results The study of a key process technology pleted. The optimal technical conditions were as
follows:the ratio of β-CD and drug was 5∶1, temperature was 80 ℃, time was 60 min. Preparation of a
new type of gel-matrix controlled-release type of patches was estimated. Conclusion This method is
scientific and it may have a prosperous future.
