摘要:人力资源是现代企业战略性资源,也是企业发展最关键原因。而激励是人力资源关键内容,激励机制利用好坏在一定程度上是决定企业发展一个关键原因。科学激励机制能为企业带来良好经济效益,促进职员个人能力全方面发展和提升,促进职员愈加好地为企业做贡献,从而推进企业良性运作。肯德基作为庞大快餐连锁企业,一直以来全部有着自己独特激励机制。本文简明介绍了肯德基激励机制,并对其激励机制进行了分析。最终,文章对激励策略利用提出了几点改善提议。

Abstract:Human resources are the strategic resources of modern enterprises, but also the key factor affecting the development of enterprises. And the incentive is an important content of human resources, application of incentive mechanism is an important factor to decide the enterprise development to a certain extent.
