犯罪人员人格特征和人格类型研究

摘要
本研究的目的在于探讨成年犯罪人员的人格特征,并深入分析犯罪人员的
人格结构和人格类型。在文献综述的基础上,选用五因素模型问卷、价值观和
自我控制问卷。对自我控制问卷进行了修订,并验证了信度和效度。然后,以
南京监狱的 450 名在押犯罪人员和 300 名非犯罪人员为被试,探讨了他们的人
格特征。研究结果表明:
,犯罪组在神经质、外倾性、
价值观、自我控制上的平均分均低于控制组,在宜人性和责任心两个维度上的
得分高于控制组。
,文化程度越高越有利于抑制
犯罪行为的发生。婚姻状况和年龄与犯罪人员人格特征不存在相关。服刑时间
对犯罪人员的人格特征存在影响。
,财产犯在开放性、宜人性、责任心
和自我控制维度与暴力犯相比差异显著。财产犯与数罪并罚的犯罪人员相比,
在开放性、宜人性、责任心、价值观和自我控制维度差异显著。暴力犯与数罪
并罚的犯罪人员相比,在宜人性、价值观和自我控制维度差异显著。

犯,财产犯的人格结构负荷于三个因子分别为:成熟性、外倾性、开放性,暴
力犯的人格结构负荷于两个因子分别为:控制性、成就性。
Q 型聚类把犯罪人员分为三类,每一类之间差异显
著,第Ⅰ类人群与控制组相比差异显著,具有犯罪倾向。以人格特征作为依据
对犯罪人进行分类是有效的。

Abstract
The main aim of the study is to discuss the criminal’s personality characteristic then analyze
the personality structure and personality type of the criminals deeply. On the basis of literature
reviews, the study selects five factor model questionnaire, the values and the self-control
questionnaire. The study revised the self-control questionnaire, and then validated its good
reliability and distinction. After that selecting 450 criminals from Nanjing jail and 300
non-criminals, the study discuss the criminal’s personality characteristic. The results of this study
follow as:
1. There are significant differences between the criminals and non-criminals. The criminals
show a low score on the dimension of Neuroticism, Value, Extraversion and Self-control.
But they show a higher score on the dimension of Agreeableness and Conscientiousness.
2. The cultural level is positively correlated with criminals’ personality characteristic. The
higher cultural level can suppress the occurrence of the criminality. But there is no significant
correlation among the age, marriage with the criminals’ personality cha
