摘要
模具作用主要为注塑、吹塑、挤出、锻压成型、冶炼、冲压、拉伸方法得到所需产品的各种模子和工具。
根据产品的分类在不同的模具可以分为冲压模具,塑料模具,分为压力注入模具,铸造模具和吹模具),橡胶模、铸造模具、玻璃模具等等。其中,注塑模具和冲压模具技术成熟,广泛使用,因此占据更大的比例。我的设计任务或食品加工机容器盖注塑模具设计,各部分模型覆盖榨汁机。这个设计通过食品加工机容器盖过程的正确分析,设计了一副一个模块和一个空腔注塑模具。和详细的描述了成型零件,包括核心和腔的设计、工艺参数的重要部分的计算和选择、冷却系统、浇注系统和其它结构的设计过程。模板的设计,利用PRO / ,从标准模架的选择的输出产品,全部采用三维设计。我在一个食品加工机容器盖模具设计过程中,从建模到模具零件设计,模具的设计核心,直到最后的模具型腔运动仿真过程所有充分发挥职业/工程师设计软件模块和插件的优点,这一过程几乎是没有图纸设计。
模具的设计特点是:滑块安装在动模上,斜导柱安装在一个固定的模式,因此,确保顺利完成侧向抽芯。

Abstract
Mold role mainly for injection molding, blow molding, extrusion, forging and pressing molding, smelting, punching, stretching method to get the required products of various molds and tools.
According to the classification of the products made in different mould can be divided into stamping mould, plastic mould, is divided into pressure of injection mould, casting mold and blow mold), rubber mold, casting moulds and glass mold and so on.
