Do job evaluation and job matching with functional heads to benchmark with Mercer Universal Position Class.
Review grading system to achieve balance internally and externally.
Attend annual Total Remuneration Survey (Mercer TRS).
Track Market Comparison Report to propose annual salary review increase budget.
