GPZZ汽车轴重制动检测仪
Operational Instruction
GPZZ汽车轴重制动检测仪是配合滚筒反力式制动台进行汽车制动性能检测的新型微电脑智能化控制检测仪表,具有自动控制电机运转,自动锁定最大制动力、轴重(检测台为制动轴重复合台时)等项目检测结果的功能。
一、主要技术参数
1)使用环境
A、Atmospheric pressure:—
B、Relative humidity (RH):20%—85%
C、Power supply:AC220V±10% D、Power frequency:50HZ±1%
2)Brake resistance示值error:no more than±3% Testing Range:0-35kN
3)Brake resistance示值error:no more than ±2% Testing Range:0-150kN
二、operational procedure
Switch on the power of detector,then switch on the power of trig electrical motor with 380Vstrong power control box;
After the normal switch,the meter shows “----”
1) Press the botton “switch”to enter hand movement testing mode.
2) Warm up for 10 minute then press “reset”to eliminate the zero of左右轮制动和轴重,and also the testing condition,to make the testing data more accurate, this also call zero adjustment.
3)Press “up/down” to make the制动举升平台down,press again to make it up.
(this function according to the machine,for the machine with lifting equipment
)
4)Press “test”then you can drive the car to the test platform at the speed with 3 to 5 km/h.
5) After the car is stable between the roller of 制动test platform then loosen the 制动器,press “electrical motor”,the electrical motor will start automatically,till the speed is stable to read the 制动力data,this data is the此值即用为该轮阻滞力。
6) After the speed of roller is table, then 即可将车辆实施制动,when 制动力reach the maximum,the detector will control the electrical motor to stop, and the maximum 左右轮最大制动力值would be locked and showed on the LED.
7)After its 前轴tested, the car could be driven away from the test platform, operation of the test of 后轴(或其他轴)should begin from the procedure 2).
