基于项目管理的订单式高职人才培养模式的研究和实践

摘要

“订单式”高职人才培养模式是近年来我国职业技术教育中产生的一种新的人才
培养模式,此模式和市场无缝对接,完全适应市场化的高等职业教育要求。无论是学
生、家长、教师还是用人单位都普遍表示认同。作者所在学校的汽车学院对“订单式”
人才培养模式的建设也在不断探索,为了提高职业办学质量,培养更多专业性适用性
的汽车人才不断改革。然而目前传统“订单式”高职人才培养模式实践过程中出现很
多问题,突出体现在管理方法的缺少和运行机制的不健全,影响订单的质量和效果,
所以研究订单模式的管理与改革具有非常重要的现实意义。
本文首先分析“订单式”高职人才培养模式研究现状,将项目管理的理念与理论,
引入到高职教育“订单式”的人才培养工作实践。然后,详细研究订单项目所面临的
问题,并提出解决方案:科学定位订单人才培养目标;总揽全局做好宏观调控;明确
各方利益,用契约关系约束三方行为,统一项目目标和方向;科学组建团队,统筹规
划,合理控制;并做好团队激励,提高订单质量。最后以“Lited&GDCP”订单班的
实践操作过程中出现的问题及应对策略为例来验证在订单式高职人才培养模式中项
目管理建设的操作方法。
